I sent her a request cold out of no where, and she texted me back the same day, and within 24 hours we were looking at houses, and driving all over the country side. She understood what I was looking for, and I was so grateful for her pointing out things that I might have missed in basements and foundations as I came from a Condo. Even when we settled on a house, she was very flexible in meeting with us to get inspections done, and communicated quickly on all correspondence even when I asked silly questions as a first time home buyer. The house I eventually chose we had jetted out to see late one evening, on the fly, and I was just so impressed with her professionalism and friendliness and knowledge about the area. She's had many years of experience. She was very knowledgeable on the town I was looking at. I bought this home on my own and never done this by myself, so technically, I was a first time buyer. I had many questions and I'm sure some of them were repetitive. None the less, she was very helpful, patient with me and was available for me. She guided me along the process.
